Core42 is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and strategic Manager for Microsoft Business Analysis to drive and oversee operational efficiency, process optimization, and data-informed decision-making within the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting business-related data, acting as a liaison between Operations, Finance, IT, and Business Teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, leveraging G42 Group’s expertise across various technology disciplines to facilitate transformations in the public sector and large enterprises. Our focus encompasses AI, cybersecurity, and professional and managed services aimed at enabling national-scale program deployments across diverse industries.
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead a team of business analysts to support Microsoft operations, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
- Consolidate and reconcile figures related to Microsoft operations payments across all verticals.
- Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities based on data analysis, collaborating with sales and finance teams to address their goals and challenges.
- Recommend IT solutions supporting sales and finance, such as CRM enhancements, system automations, and analytics tools.
- Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, interpret, and analyze data, deriving insights for operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance operational workflows, establishing solid processes.
- Implement best practices in data management, analysis, and visualization to drive operational efficiencies and deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Work closely with Implementation and Operations Managers/Director, bridging the technology and reporting teams.
- Create requirements documentation and estimate testing efforts for various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
To qualify, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance.
- Professional certification in project management or business analysis.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or operations management within a global IT environment.
- 3+ years of specific experience managing Microsoft operations or related domains.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.) and experience in SQL.
Ideally, you’ll also need
- Advanced certification in AI, data science, or cloud computing.
- Experience leading Microsoft operations in digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies related to digital transformation, such as blockchain and edge computing.
