Senior Manager - AI Enablement

As Senior Manager- AI Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into our operating model while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for AI adoption, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into the operating model across Core42.
• Develop and implement an AI governance framework to ensure compliance across all business verticals and functions.
• Establish and lead the AI Ethics Committee, setting the framework and ensuring readiness for operation.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools within Core42 by partnering with functional experts to conduct workshops and training sessions.
• Develop and implement AI adoption programs for internal parties, fostering a culture of AI knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Ensure that AI concepts and technologies are absorbed, understood, and leveraged across the organization through targeted education and communication initiatives.
• Oversee AI knowledge management initiatives, including data management and data protection practices, to ensure the responsible use of AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and executing AI adoption strategies within a large organization, with a strong understanding of AI governance principles.
• Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks and best practices, with experience in establishing and leading ethics committees.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
