As a Specialist – Project Management you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your expertise in presentation design, UX/UI, and customer experience enhancement to drive projects forward and exceed client expectations.

Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, define project scopes, and establish clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Understand diverse client requirements across sectors and create client presentations emphasizing AI solutions and product-centric approaches.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline and standardize documentation, presentation materials, and design assets within the knowledge repository, including system architecture, presentation templates, PowerPoint decks, Figma prototypes, and documents.
- Utilize your expertise in PowerPoint and Figma to create visually appealing presentations, design prototypes, and wireframes that effectively communicate project concepts, brand and product requirements.
- Apply principles of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to enhance customer experience (CX) and ensure the usability and intuitiveness of deliverables.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration among team members to ensure consistency with main goals and reporting on outcomes.
- Participate in client pre-sales meetings, gather requirements and translate them into powerful slide decks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to optimize project management processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver best-in-class project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Leadership or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Figma, with advanced skills in presentation design and visual communication.
- Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design principles, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
