About the Job
We are seeking a talented, experienced, and insightful HR professional for the role of Talent Acquisition Partner to be a part of the strategic recruitment function across Core42 and its diverse Business Units. This role is vital in helping the organization realize its goal of evolving into a world-class conglomerate. As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to participate in best-in-class acquisition strategies, identify top talent, and drive Core42’s rapid growth plans across multiple businesses and countries in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, leveraging G42 Group’s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. We bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional services, and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in technology recruitment, particularly in product hiring, ML, and AI roles is mandatory.
  • Provide expertise and advice on recruitment strategy, talent forecasting, talent sourcing, talent assessment, selection, and compliance.
  • Own the Talent Acquisition lifecycle by supporting requirements definition, talent attraction, sourcing, and selection.
  • Engage and build relationships at senior levels.
  • Act as a talent advisor by providing thought leadership, strategic advice, and influencing the C-Suite in all areas of Talent Acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM, LinkedIn recruiter, Google search, and other candidate search tools.
  • Design strategic staffing initiatives in collaboration with organizational leaders and HR business partners.
  • Market career opportunities and manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements.
  • Understand business growth targets to support recruitment vision and strategy.
  • Implement and drive best practices and recruiting initiatives to enhance interviewing techniques and candidate experience.
  • Deliver to KPIs and SLAs to drive performance measurement and TA governance.
  • Gather feedback on recruitment service quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with business leaders, HR, and the compensation team to govern salary levels and negotiate compensation with candidates.
  • Ensure alignment with global processes and systems and comply with policies and procedures throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications
To qualify, you must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a blend of agency and in-house experience.

Ideally, you’ll also need:

  • Exceptional people management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software – ATS, CRM, etc.
