Ready to take on a leadership role and drive the growth of our Saudi Sales Organization? We are seeking a motivated individual to lead a high-performing and dynamic sales team that is transforming the technology landscape in the Kingdom. As our Regional Sales Director, your primary responsibility will be to lead the account teams and our engagement across our commercial and public sales organization in KSA. You will own the overall customer relationship and orchestrate all internal and external resources to drive customer business outcomes. You will have managerial responsibilities for the core account team consisting of both a Key Account Manager (KAM) and a Technology Solutions Manager (TSM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively maintain and leverage a comprehensive understanding of the Saudi technology market needs, strategies, and priorities.
  • Lead technology adoption and digital transformation efforts across KSA to drive business outcomes and create business value for our customers.
  • Define strategies, objectives, and a rhythm of business (ROB) for account and territory planning across the customer set, clearly articulating standards and priorities.
  • Drive business portfolio management to contribute to overall business growth.
  • Set the direction for development and implementation of strategies for maximizing and identifying new business opportunities, driving account growth while enabling sales and customer add opportunities.

Competencies Required:

  • 15+ years of experience within Technology Sales and familiarity with Cloud Services.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • Proven experience in transforming organizations and building high-performance teams.
