Senior Product Designer (Exchange)

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join a tight-knit team working on the Exchange platform for both web and mobile. This role involves designing, testing, and enhancing a product that allows customers to trade using advanced tools and information. The Exchange presents unique constraints and design challenges, offering a more powerful and time-sensitive experience compared to our core app.

As a Product Designer, you'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, taking ownership of specific app verticals and working collectively to ship solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about crypto, demonstrates positive energy and determination, and is keen on continuous learning and mastery of their craft.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end resolution of complex design challenges.
• Transform customer insights and data into innovative concepts for new products and features.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless concept-to-development transitions.
• Take a leadership role with product managers to define and evolve the product roadmap.
• Foster collaboration among designers and elevate design standards across the organization.
• Mentor and guide other designers to create a cohesive and growth-oriented design team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in designing digital products/services within a B2C environment.
• A solid portfolio showcasing digital product and service designs.
• Expert in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX thinking and visual design principles.
• Excellent written communication skills for articulating design rationale and strategy.
• Proven ability to thrive in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in design tools, especially Figma and prototyping tools.
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative culture and embracing diverse perspectives.
