Dautom is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and implement web and client-server applications using Microsoft Technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Web Services, Windows Services, and SQL Server, along with skills in deploying and debugging plug-ins and developing JavaScript extensions for CRM applications.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Utilize Dynamics CRM SDK and Services (2013, 2015) for development.
- Customize entities, forms, views, workflows, dashboards, and reports in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Implement Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, including Inheritance, Abstraction, Encapsulation, and Polymorphism.
- Participate in design and code reviews for Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
- Develop front-end web interfaces using Ajax, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Manage version control using source control software packages.
- Write plugins in C# and JavaScript using Visual Studio (2012/2015).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) for project execution.
- Work on CRM development, customization, and deployment.
- Use ADO.NET for database access and updates.
- Integrate and migrate Dynamics CRM/365 using tools like SSIS, Scribe, and Kingsway Soft.
- Proficiency in IIS, Web Services, WCF, MVC, LINQ, and NHibernate.
- Write Queries, Stored Procedures, and contribute to database design.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from implementation to integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including software bugs and data issues.
Competencies Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience, including programming experience in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, C#.NET, with MS-SQL Server database.
- Experience in end-to-end CRM implementations and integrations.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to changes in work processes and requirements.
