Position

As an Information Technology Project Coordinator at Dautom, you will provide essential administrative support to the project manager, assisting in scheduling, organizing meetings, and preparing project documentation. Your role will involve maintaining and updating project files, reports, and correspondence, ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the project manager with scheduling and organizing meetings.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Resource Coordination: Help with the allocation of resources and materials needed for the project.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between stakeholders, project teams, and contractors to ensure effective communication.
  • Project Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines and deadlines, tracking milestones and ensuring adherence to schedules.
  • Financial Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets and processing invoices.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for project meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and distribute progress reports and project summaries to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred).
