In this role, you’ll be helping the hospitality industry grow as a member of the Grocery Technology team that’s responsible for building the best rapid delivery platform for our grocery partners. The role involves managing integration efforts across multiple parties, including grocery partners, external technology providers, an internal tech team, account managers, and business stakeholders to ensure visibility within each project and drive successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-kickoff preparations and kickoff executions, including milestone planning and partner communications for integration projects.
- Oversee go-live criteria, planning, and communicate progress internally and externally.
- Effectively manage partner relationships, anticipate bottlenecks, explore contingencies, and provide escalation management.
- Handle multiple integration projects simultaneously with grocery partners across various countries.
- Serve as the point of contact for all integration queries from external partners, including setting up access credentials and assist with API integration issues.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team consisting of Integration Managers, Engineers, and Implementation Consultants.
- Manage stakeholder communication and changes during integration rollouts.
- Identify improvement areas in the integration process and execute required changes to optimize performance across product, engineering, and business teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Integrations Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Programme Manager.
- Direct client interaction experience with external stakeholders.
- Strong project management, leadership skills, and a proactive mindset to drive projects forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organization and project planning skills.
- Experience managing complex integrations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with API integration project lifecycles and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with tools such as Postman, Jira, and Google Suite products.
- Ability to work in Agile environments, focusing on continuous improvements.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing direct reports.
- Technical understanding and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
