During your tenure as a Consultant/ Senior Consultant in the SCNO team, you will build, shape, and lead client relationships and projects. You will broaden your skillset through complex, transformational projects across various clients and gain valuable experience in developing business opportunities.
Work Conditions
Working on client sites in international locations is expected, which will require full mobility and travel.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, MBA, or a relevant master’s degree is a plus.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a Management Consulting Firm; experience in Big Four companies is a plus.
- Advisory or delivery experience in leading complex procurement transformation programs, including strategic sourcing and digital procurement.
- Exposure to digital procurement technologies such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Oracle.
- Experience managing procurement and sourcing client relationships and supporting business opportunities.
- Understanding of the project sales cycle, including structuring programs with appropriate resources and cost modeling.
- Experience in coaching and developing strong teams and individual members.
- Prior experience in managing teams and growing an account or practice.
- Proficiency in effective project management.
