Work Conditions
- Willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time
- 12+ years of relevant strategy experience with a focus on banking (retail, commercial)
- Experience managing large, complex projects with 10+ resources within a consulting environment
Customer Strategy & Design Capabilities
- Assess how companies should respond to rapidly changing consumer behaviors and the proliferation of multichannel touchpoints
- Reimagine services across multiple touchpoints to create new economic value and meet customer needs
- Define fit-for-purpose design and capture technological and experiential requirements to revamp the entire experience
- Stay current on emerging technologies and translate digital trends for clients
- Deploy insights and methods from areas like Digital Strategy, Agile, Data Analytics, Blockchain, and AI/Robotics
Leadership Capabilities
- Act as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values
- Build deep relationships across a diverse network
- Establish a strong leadership brand and inspire followership through passion and integrity
Qualifications
- Expertise in one or more areas: digital banking strategy and design, digital transformation, customer experience redesign
- Knowledge of Fintech industry and emerging technology trends
- Business development experience; high comfort level presenting to CxO levels
- Knowledge of Middle East market trends; Middle East experience is a plus
- Advanced degree in the area of specialization (e.g., MBA)
