Skelta Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Elicitation: Gather and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and other techniques.
• Skelta Technical Skills: Understand Skelta and elicit workflow business requirements.
• Analysis: Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validation: Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with business requirements and address potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of Skelta is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, project management software).
