About the Job:
The primary responsibility of the Security Solutions Architect is to consult with clients and work with internal teams to create strategies, transformational designs, and architectural visions for complex solutions that address clients’ needs. This role involves providing multi-technology consulting services on all aspects of application software, infrastructure, and related technology components.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work across different industry sectors and timelines to evaluate, define, and recommend solutions, services, and outcomes aligned with cybersecurity domains.
- Leverage core competence and delivery knowledge of security standards, laws, regulations, frameworks, and good practices to support security outcomes.
- Identify and develop security requirements, both functional and non-functional.
- Define and manage demos and proof of concepts, and draft solution specifications for network security and infrastructure security.
- Aid in complex bid responses, partnership models, solution and service strategies, and detailed pricing models.
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure an understanding of the vendor’s products, business, and technology positioning.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Act as a single point of contact for the sales team regarding new requirements or questions in the cybersecurity area.
- Operate independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
- Work within medium-sized teams and efforts at a client or within NTT DATA.
- Lead security architecture conversations with clients over cybersecurity operations and incident response services.
- Possess a broad perspective on various security solutions, services, and technologies.
- Apply knowledge of 'Secure by Design' and 'Zero Trust' principles.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hold relevant and recognized professional security and security technology certifications that support the role.
Required Experience:
- Over 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 4 years in technical solutions and presales within the KSA market.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, comfortable presenting to small to medium audiences on technical topics.
- Familiarity with the KSA market and connections with cybersecurity vendors, particularly in the Security Operations domain.
- Strong technical knowledge of security technologies across multiple domains, such as SIEM, MDR, XDR, Threat Intelligence, and SOAR.
- Experience in preparing technical architecture blueprints and responding to complex RFPs is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of security architecture design principles, cloud security projects, and concepts is preferred.
