Join Dimension Data as a SOC Analyst (L3) and make an impact with NTT DATA, a company known for its technical excellence and innovative solutions. This role is essential in providing managed services to clients, ensuring that their security infrastructures and systems remain operational. As a SOC Analyst, you will proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents, ultimately restoring services to clients. The primary goal of this position is to review client requests or tickets, applying your technical and process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreements (SLA). This role focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity and may include project support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Proficient in Incident Management and Response, handling escalations.
- In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks, threat vectors, risk management, and incident management.
- Responsible for providing analysis and trending of security log data from diverse security devices in a 24x7 SOC environment.
- Provide threat and vulnerability analysis and security advisory services.
- Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Academic background: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MSc/MCA or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications: At least one of GCFA, GCFE, CISP, CISSP, CCNP, CCIE Security, CEH; CCNA certification is a must, CCNP in Security or PCNSE certification is a plus.
