Position

  • Description: As a Data Analyst, you will be in a central position evangelizing data and methodologies to other functional analysts and stakeholders in the company. You will work closely with teams in marketing, sales, finance, and product in a high-paced, professional, international, and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities include accessing data, constructing and manipulating large datasets, designing and developing BI dashboards, defining KPIs metrics, driving data governance, extracting and sharing data with stakeholders, creating documentation and presentations, developing analysis and reporting capabilities, monitoring performance and quality control plans, researching and validating entity data, liaising and analyzing projects within the Reference Data environment, participating in the design, implementation, and interpretation of experiments/trials, ensuring data quality and timely delivery of reports, participating in Analytics & Reporting trainings, and working autonomously without supervision.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field. Masters is a plus.
    • 2+ years of work experience in analytics, preferably in an internet/e-commerce company.
    • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
    • Skills in Python, R, or similar tools are a plus.
    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Written and verbal proficiency in English.
    • Passion for data and metrics.
    • Analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, detail-oriented, and business acumen.
