Sr Manager Solution Architecture

As a Solutioning Leader at DXC Technology, you will be an integral part of a global organization focused on providing world-class sales support. Your primary responsibilities will include directing overall presales operations in your assigned area, translating business goals into actionable plans, proactively addressing presales coverage gaps, and leveraging technical expertise to win opportunities for DXC. Additionally, you will engage with sales teams to drive strategies, collaborate across organizational boundaries to ensure a positive client-facing presence, and continuously improve operations to align with DXC’s business direction, ensuring high-quality practices and motivated presales teams.

A significant aspect of this role will focus on people development, nurturing talent, and ensuring strong technical acumen across the team. You will support strategic account sales through consultative selling techniques and financial selling approaches to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

• A university or bachelor’s degree; advanced or master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 10-12+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and achieving sales goals.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and presentation.
• Ability to build strong executive-level relationships and develop compelling business cases.
