About the Job:
Easygenerator is a dynamic Dutch company transforming the e-learning landscape with its award-winning authoring tool, which is utilized by innovators worldwide. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage client projects, oversee team workload, and ensure smooth delivery. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, allocate resources, and collaborate with course creators to bring e-learning projects to life.
Responsibilities:
- Project Quoting: Gather project requirements from clients and provide accurate quotes.
- Team Workload Management: Ensure balanced task distribution among the team.
- Project Allocation: Allocate projects based on expertise and capacity to optimize resource utilization.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Calls: Conduct regular calls with clients for updates and issue resolution.
- Tool Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of all tools and programs.
- Knowledge Sharing Sessions: Organize sessions for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Regular 1:1 Meetings: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with course creators to support project progress.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and support the course creation team in achieving instructional goals using best practices in learning technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Education, Communications).
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in course creation or educational settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
