Key Responsibilities:
- Project Quoting & Requirements Gathering: Engage clients to gather project requirements and provide accurate, tailored quotes.
- Workload Management: Oversee team workload, ensuring balanced task distribution to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Project Allocation: Assign projects based on team members' expertise and capacity, maximizing resource utilization to meet deadlines.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Client Meetings: Lead regular calls with clients to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide solutions.
- Tool & Resource Management: Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of project management tools and software to streamline operations.
- Knowledge Sharing: Organize sessions to promote continuous learning and professional development.
- 1:1 Support: Conduct regular meetings with course creators to monitor project progress, offer guidance, and tackle obstacles.
- Collaborate with SMEs: Work with subject matter experts to align training needs with course objectives.
- Instructional Design Support: Assist course creation teams in achieving instructional goals while applying best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Education, Communications).
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within course creation or educational settings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
The interview process includes a recruiter interview, a test assignment, an interview with the hiring manager, and a final call with senior management. The entire process typically takes about two weeks to complete.
