Your Role
As a Senior Flutter Developer in a multidisciplinary squad, you will play a crucial role in guiding our company-wide objectives through collaboration across various team layers. At the squad level, you will partner with product, data, and design counterparts, engaging in ideation, experimentation, and solving customer challenges. At the chapter level, you will help shape the frontend chapter's vision and strategy while driving initiatives and mentorship across the tech organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement experiments, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Mentor and guide other developers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Drive best practices in software development and contribute to the overall technical strategy.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
- Advocate for an experimental culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, covering the entire lifecycle from code inception to deployment in app stores.
- 3+ years of experience in Flutter and Dart, with a preference for fintech industry experience.
- Proficiency in migrating Xamarin applications is a plus.
- Experience in automated testing using platforms like flutter_test and Mockito.
- Experience with state management libraries like Cubit and Bloc.
- Solid understanding of app security practices, including code obfuscation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and version control tools such as Git.
- Knowledge of various design and architectural patterns and clean architecture.
- Experience in analytics frameworks, including Firebase and CleverTap.
