As the Agile Delivery Lead - Cyber Security, you will perform the role of Scrum Master/Project Manager/Controller, developing and leading a high-performing, multi-discipline team. You will instill a clear vision and passionate drive in the team to drive the implementation of technical products and set standards for teams to follow.
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day planning, leading, organizing, and motivating of the scrum team(s) to achieve high performance and quality in delivering outputs that provide exceptional value to business users. You will support key Cyber Security teams to ensure timely delivery of value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog to the Sprint plan, focusing on regular and timely delivery of business value initiatives.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as product backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, removing impediments/blockers to ensure optimal flow of value.
- Coach the team to higher levels of maturity in Scrum practices and empower team members to be fully engaged in the initiatives.
- Collaborate with Technical Product Owners and SMEs to maintain the product backlog and schedule for all initiatives.
- Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Delivery Management.
- Ensure the Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are being followed, and each team member contributes meaningfully.
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a subject related to Computer Science or similar.
- Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of practical Scrum application experience.
- 5+ years in Information Technology and experience in project delivery in a matrix organization with global teams.
- Proven experience in delivering cybersecurity or technical projects within operational or aviation environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
