We are inviting exceptional IT professionals to join us as the CyberSecurity Change Adoption Manager, part of our CyberSecurity team, which ensures a world-class cybersecurity organization. This role involves leading the adoption and effective deployment of cybersecurity services, ensuring they align with business needs and operational security across the Emirates Group.
Responsibilities
- Provide trusted cybersecurity advisory services, delivering strategic insights and risk-based recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Develop tailored cybersecurity risk reduction strategies by analysing security postures and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Drive the implementation of cybersecurity solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Manage the adoption of the cybersecurity services portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Establish frameworks to measure and communicate the value of cybersecurity services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity service delivery.
- Monitor emerging threats, industry trends, and technological advancements to enhance cybersecurity offerings.
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (master's preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- 8+ years in Cybersecurity service management or advisory roles.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with business strategy.
