  • You will lead cybersecurity defense operations and provide strategic oversight to ensure optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance across the Emirates Group.
  • Your responsibilities will include driving the continuous assessment and enhancement of cybersecurity service delivery models, overseeing cyber incident response operations, managing cybersecurity service prioritization and assignment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring compliance in the delivery and management of cybersecurity infrastructure.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating and reporting on cybersecurity performance metrics, building and maintaining customer service relationships, leading the cybersecurity intelligence cycle, and managing the cybersecurity operations budget.
  • You will also be expected to cultivate a high-performing cybersecurity team through strategic leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

What you will do

  • Lead the planning and execution of a 3-year cybersecurity service strategy.
  • Drive continuous assessment and enhancement of cybersecurity service delivery models.
  • Oversee cyber incident response operations for rapid containment, eradication, and recovery processes.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of all cybersecurity managed services.
  • Lead evaluation and reporting on cybersecurity performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong customer service relationships and manage cybersecurity service prioritization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for seamless service integration.
  • Ensure compliance in the delivery and management of cybersecurity infrastructure.
  • Lead the cybersecurity intelligence cycle and deliver actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Manage the cybersecurity operations budget and optimize expenditures.
  • Cultivate a high-performing cybersecurity team through strategic leadership and professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in IT Service Delivery
  • IT-related certifications such as ITIL
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology/CyberSecurity
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in managing large global managed IT services contracts
  • Cyber security consulting experience in service management
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Knowledge of threat intelligence, security operations management, and cloud security
  • Experience in revenue generation and margin improvement
