We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our Technical Product Management team, focusing on building effective technology products that our customers love. This role involves managing a mix of B2B and B2C products in areas such as Digital, Airline and Airport Operations, Group Services, and Commercial. Technical Product Owners (TPO) act as the "front door" to multiple product engineering teams, leading the lifecycle for designated technology products and the underlying applications. This position requires knowledge of the cargo domain and experience with cargo systems, alongside a flair for innovation and a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the story content, acceptance criteria definition, and end story sign-off across team backlogs.
- Ensure Technical Debt and Non-functional requirements are prioritized across all sprints.
- Capture additional BAU, Ceremony, and Spike activities for team backlogs.
- Prepare contribution to PI demo in conjunction with other Product Owners.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of features within technical and team boundaries.
- Attend and contribute to key Product Management meetings, especially PI Planning.
- Define metrics to measure success and performance of prioritized work.
- Participate in establishing and growing a community of Product Owners to drive efficient practices.
- Work with teams to identify and capture team-driven innovation ideas.
Qualifications & Experience
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Marketing Science, Information Systems, e-Commerce, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Global Product, with CSPO/SAFe/PSPO training and certification.
- 2+ years of practical experience as a Product Owner/Manager with a proven track record.
- Experience with a Scaled Agile Framework is a plus, ideally across multiple initiatives and teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with peers and team members.
- A customer-centric mindset and an appetite for identifying value.
