Join our Technical Product Management team, where we build effective technology products and services that our customers love. We offer a mix of B2B and B2C products and services in domains such as Digital, Airline and Airport Operations, Group Services, and Commercial. Our goal is to continuously evolve our products, enriching them with features that focus on delivering value to our customers and users.
The Technical Product Owner – Group Services will be responsible for evangelising a domain of our Group Services roadmap across HR, Learning & Talent, and Medical. We are ideally looking for a Product Owner with experience managing a broad set of HR solutions from core Human Capital Management to more specialised solutions for Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Case Management or Learning Experience Platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:
You might be a fit for this job if you have:
- Bachelor's degree (12+ 3 years or equivalent) in Operations Research, Marketing Science, Information Systems, e-Commerce, or a combination of industry certification and 5+ years of relevant experience in Global Product (CSPO/SAFe/PSPO) trained and certified
- 2+ years practical experience of working as a Product Owner/Manager, in a team-facing capacity, with a proven record of driving discernible change and delivery
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise, with a depth and breadth of knowledge and practical experience within a specific domain or technical area
- Strong and concise communicator at peer, line, and stakeholder levels
- Appetite for building and identifying value, with a customer-centric mind-set
- Experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework, across multiple initiatives and teams (preferred but not essential)
