Data Analytics Consultant, ML & AI (UAE National)

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Emirati Data Analytics Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Data and Analytics Practice in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will solve complex consulting challenges in the Data & Analytics space and drive transformative ML/AI solutions. You will assist clients in defining their technology strategy and delivery, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and work closely with clients across varying industry sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Shape enterprise-wide, transformational AI/ML Data & Analytics solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and design AI solutions accordingly.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Develop and present client proposals with a strong technology focus.
• Advise clients on Data & Analytics strategy and implementations.
• Identify opportunities within client/account portfolios to drive revenue.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects through collaboration with project/program management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• UAE national with a family book.
• Strong experience in Data & Analytics, particularly in building data and ML/AI platforms.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders for project funding.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with capacity to translate complex requirements into practical ML/AI solutions.
• Hands-on implementation experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or Databricks).
• Experience in solution architecture with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Effective relationship-building skills to develop and grow client relationships.
