Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage CMRO processes across aircraft, engines, and components, ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, and IATA standards.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies leveraging AI and data analytics.
  • Lead solution design for CMRO transformation projects, integrating modern digital tools.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, airline operators, and MRO providers to enhance service delivery.
  • Drive compliance and regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate documentation of maintenance records.
  • Optimize inventory and supply chain management for spare parts.
  • Support PMO initiatives for successful deployment of CMRO solutions and process improvements.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in CMRO, MRO, or airline maintenance operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs, reliability engineering, and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with CMRO software solutions (e.g., Oracle Aviation, Ramco, AMOS, SAP).
  • Strong project management skills with experience in PMO governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital twins, IoT, and AI-driven predictive maintenance.

  • Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.

What We Offer:
