We’re looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect Lead to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team. You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, each with unique backgrounds, strengths, and ambitions, ensuring that no two days will be the same. This role involves improving our customers’ IT, HR, Customer Service, Facilities, Risk, Legal, or other capabilities through ServiceNow, making a visible impact on projects that encourage transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to tailor improvement strategies and transformative opportunities to their specific circumstances.
- Facilitate conversations and presentations to executives of large companies.
- Support the project team while leveraging a deep understanding of the client’s environment.
Key Profile Requirements
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its role in a client's digital strategy.
- A technical mindset with a focus on problem solving and high-quality documentation.
- Customer-focused approach demonstrated through effective engagement with clients.
- Ability to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from various backgrounds.
- Familiarity with financial, resourcing, planning, risk, and quality aspects necessary for successful technology program delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience in consulting or industry roles involving ServiceNow operations, management, and projects.
- Formal ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow capabilities beyond IT, including Risk, Cyber, Global Business Services, HR, and financial management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Project Management experience.
- Involvement in pre-sales and sales activities.
