Manager - Technology Consulting - DevOps

EY is looking for a DevOps Lead to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team. This role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will serve MENA clients. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play the role of DevOps lead and act as the key catalyst of the project.
• Understand and study the current state of software development activities, strategies, and mechanisms.
• Evaluate the capabilities of current tools and resources, prepare improvement proposals and requirements to support the targeted future state.
• Provide input towards Software Development strategy and five-year road map.
• Collaborate with the client project team to establish the Software Development Activation Unit.
• Contribute to Release/Deployment planning and create the relevant standards and metrics.
• Develop a reporting approach and create the unit’s maturity assessment framework.

Technical Skills Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience specializing in DevOps, DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum, AIOps, Microservices Architecture.
• Arabic speakers preferred.
