- Network Security: Advance knowledge of IPS/IDS, perimeter security NGFW, SSL inspection, cryptography Palo-Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint Cisco ASA, Cisco ISE, F5 LTM/GTM, NetScaler, Bluecoat Proxy, ATP, Email security (20)
- Switching and Routing: Advance knowledge of Cisco Switching and routing (20)
- Application security: Advance understanding of OWASP and Web application firewalling F5, policy implementation, and maintenance (15)
- Cloud security / Platform skills ( AWS/Azure/Oracle ): Advance knowledge of AWS & Azure cloud hosting, design, implementation, and maintenance of secure network in the cloud (15)
- Intercommunication: Advance knowledge of MPLS, Lease lines, DMVPN, PRI, IPSEC, SDWAN (10)
- Collaboration: Cisco CUCM, Jabber, Voice Mail, Presence, and MS-Teams (10)
- Infrastructure as a Code skill: IaaS provides virtualized computing resources over the internet, Terraform defining and provisioning infrastructure, and Ansible for automating configuration and management tasks (5)
- Communication Skills and Banking domain knowledge: Possessing strong communication skills allows for effective engagements (5)
Essential Skills
- Experience in CISCO or similar VOIP based product support.
- Experience in Microsoft Teams Telephony
- Demonstratable experience in Migrating VOIP from Cisco or similar product to MS Teams, including phone calling, conference calling, and Teams based video conference setup for meeting rooms.
- Good understanding of basic network like routing and switching
- Certification in teams related VOIP technology is a plus.
