We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle with Enterprise customers, managing RFIs, RFPs & RFQs as needed.
- Manage project execution and participate actively in POCs in collaboration with internal teams and customers or commercial partners.
- Understand customer technical requirements and build superior solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners while collaborating with the sales partner.
- Continuously improve knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions, along with understanding the competitive landscape.
- Effectively present technical solutions to customers in various formats, including whiteboarding and technical plans.
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate technical information of all customers in our CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements:
- High aptitude for security technology (encryption, authentication) with knowledge in network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN.
- Experience in a pre-sales engineer role managing technical aspects of deals.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to impact key wins in previous roles.
- Strong customer relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Familiarity with RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, and other relevant technologies.
