What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flutter Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, a deep understanding of Flutter, and the ability to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of Flutter-based mobile applications, ensuring they are scalable, modular, and extensible. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Code Review and Optimization: Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code for better efficiency while collaborating with development teams to maintain high code quality and consistency.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. Stay updated on current trends and advancements in Flutter and mobile application development, and promote continuous learning within the team.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers. Ensure effective communication of technical requirements and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions. Troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Flutter Developer focusing on architecture and design, along with significant experience in mobile application development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM) and state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc).
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: An analytical mindset with the capacity to solve complex technical problems and make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
