You’ll have the chance to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications, business requirements, process flows, and technical architecture diagrams.
• Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Write clear and concise technical stories and user stories for agile development teams.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes and enhancements.
• Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

• Experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Technical Requirements Definition.
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and understanding.
• Experience in documenting complex technical systems and architectures.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
