You’ll have the chance to:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications, business requirements, process flows, and technical architecture diagrams.
- Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Write clear and concise technical stories and user stories for agile development teams.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes and enhancements.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
What will help you succeed:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
- Technical Requirements Definition.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Stakeholder management and understanding.
- Experience in documenting complex technical systems and architectures.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
