In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with professionals who have developed groundbreaking solutions in their fields. You will make a significant impact by participating in large-scale projects on a global level and advancing your career within our specialized Studios, which focus on the latest technologies and trends to provide tailored solutions to specific challenges.

As a Tech Director, you will:

  • Mentor and coach a team of Tech Leads and Architects.
  • Influence a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals.
  • Recommend strategic code reuse opportunities across the company.
  • Define technical profiles, performance, and training standards.
  • Train teams in Agile best practices and act as Scrum Master.
  • Travel to expand your horizons and choose your career path from over 600 simultaneous projects.
  • Be part of an agile pod, collaborating directly with our customers and evolving through increased speed, quality, and autonomy.

What Will Help You Succeed:

  • Imagination and a passion for innovation.
  • Flexibility and goal-oriented thinking.
  • A passion for digital technologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities and the capability to see the bigger picture.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Expertise in at least one major technology and business domain.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in system engineering or related studies.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, processes, and technical team leadership.
