Now, we are looking for a Tech Director for an expat opportunity to relocate and work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of our team at Globant. The Technology Director role is critical to our Studio growth strategy, responsible for solutioning and executing projects within the assigned territory. This position requires a mix of Business, Commercial, and Technology expertise to consult with clients on their business challenges in online commerce, guiding them to feasible solutions and driving the delivery of results post-sale. The Technology Director will work closely with the Delivery Director (operations) and Client Partner (sales) within a collaborative environment known as the Client POD.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and build a team of Technology Managers to support clients and prospects, creating a high-performance team culture based on Globant values.
  • Engage in strong interactions with clients and stakeholders to bring business-facing capabilities while managing overall account farming and hunting.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales or Delivery Management.
  • Background in Consulting firms or Media & Entertainment.
  • Proven skills in Staffing Strategy, Delivery Management, People Management, and Leadership in client management and presales.
  • Project Management, Consulting, or Technical qualifications are advantageous.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across all departments and functions.
  • Proficient negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
