Security Consultant
Help AG, an e& enterprise company, is looking for a talented and experienced Security Consultant who will primarily be involved in post-sales activities, with some engagement in pre-sales activities.
About the Job
The Security Consultant will support the implementation and integration of security products and solutions, conduct design audits, and perform network and security solutions configuration reviews. Pre-sales activities will involve solution presentations and proof of concepts. The primary focus of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain professionalism, and deliver high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy targeted security solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team in building project scopes of work (SoW) and delivering proofs of concept (POCs).
- Lead projects by delivering architectural-level requirements and supervising activities related to deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Execute technical security projects for clients while acting as a subject matter expert for information security services.
- Communicate and interact effectively with vendor support organizations and engineers.
- Design security architectures tailored to client needs and research innovative solutions.
- Maintain a healthy project status and handle customer demands and requests, providing support to other team members.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in Cyber Security, with a background in IT consulting services.
- Must have deep understanding of technical relations in complex environments and the ability to architect, design, and implement targeted solutions.
- Proficient in the integration and implementation of the following technologies:
- Fortinet (FG, FM, FA), Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiSIEM, FortiSOAR, FortiNAC, FortiWEB, FortiPAM.
- Additional experience with technologies such as Palo Alto, Securonix, and F5 will be a plus.
- Strong background in TCP/IP networking at large organizations, including routing and switching, OSPF, and BGP.
- Knowledge of Software Defined Networks (SDN) and virtualization, as well as experience in cloud infrastructure like Azure and AWS.
- Comprehensive understanding of information security concepts and related technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent presentation and communication abilities in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to produce structured documentation and diagrams with strong organizational skills in enterprise support.
