Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Security Consultant who will be mainly involved in post-sales and presales activities. Post-sales activities cover the implementation and integration of security products/solutions, design audits, and reviews of network and security solutions. Presales activities involve solution presentation, scoping, professional services effort estimation, and delivering cybersecurity solutions proof of concept. The primary targets are customer satisfaction, professionalism, accuracy, and high quality of work.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy targeted security solutions.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team in building project Scopes of Work (SoW) and delivering Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Lead projects delivering architectural-level requirements and supervise activities related to deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Execute technical security projects for clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert for information security services.
- Communicate with vendor support organizations and engineers.
- Design security architectures for clients and research innovative solutions.
- Maintain project status and handle customer demands and requests.
- Support team members as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information security, IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in IT Consulting companies.
- High experience with integration and implementation of various cybersecurity technologies (e.g., F5, Forcepoint, Broadcom, Fortinet).
- Understanding of information security concepts, TCP/IP networking, and experience in cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to document and diagram processes properly.
- Strong organizational skills and customer handling capabilities.
