HungerStation is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to develop and implement comprehensive business intelligence strategies that align with the organization's objectives. The successful candidate will oversee the design and maintenance of data models, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of relevant business data.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to stakeholders at various levels. The role also emphasizes data governance and compliance with data privacy regulations, along with presenting actionable insights to the executive team derived from business intelligence analyses.
The Business Intelligence Manager will monitor and evaluate the performance of BI tools, conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, and contribute to the development of competitive strategies. Staying updated on emerging BI technologies to assess their potential impact on the business is essential.
Additional responsibilities consist of establishing plans for respective functions and teams, distributing tactical responsibilities to enhance organizational succession readiness, and measuring and tracking relevant objectives and key results (OKRs) to support strategic goals. The role also involves overseeing budget management, fostering a high-performance work environment, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of BI professionals.
- Strong skills in data modeling and database management.
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a relevant field is required.
- Relevant certifications in business intelligence and data analytics are advantageous.
