Backed by leading investors such as Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, we are on a mission to revolutionize the real estate industry by creating an all-in-one super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers.
The Main Event: What You'll Do
As a Product Designer at Huspy, you will own and influence how our products look and feel from end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering features to the market in a quick and seamless manner.
- Owning the UX of your tribe's features and collaborating with junior team members.
- Conducting user research, competitive analysis, and contextual research to improve the product.
- Using analytics tools to make informed decisions about product features.
- Coordinating with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation, maintaining a feature-ship mindset focused on delivering value to users.
- Reviewing the success of features post-release to suggest improvements.
- Delivering a consistent user experience across the product with full autonomy.
The Perfect Match: What You Bring
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, B2B, and B2C products.
- A fast prototyping, testing, and iterating mindset.
- A strong user-centric approach and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design expertise on successfully launched projects.
- Exceptional UI design skills with a keen eye for detail, including proficiency in design systems and tools such as Figma.
- Experience with branding to enhance overall product identity.
- Solid organization and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A customer-obsessed attitude, striving to deliver exceptional experiences.
- A humble and collaborative approach, thriving on constructive feedback.
