Regardless of the chosen area, you will advise top clients on their digital journey, leveraging IBM’s top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems. You will engage in research, ideate, co-create, and prototype to implement disruptive ideas while working in a results-oriented, client-facing atmosphere where contributions and innovation from all team members are valued.
What You Can Expect from the Workplace
IBM Consulting promotes a flexible working style, allowing teams to self-regulate their routines based on their project and client needs. Each team creates its own manifesto, including arrangements for lunch and meetings. This flexibility is tailored to both project requirements and individual preferences.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ideally, no more than 1 year of work experience, including internships.
- Recent graduates from disciplines such as Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Finance, Design, Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, Innovation, Business Analytics, Law, or other related fields.
- A thorough and analytical mindset with a logical approach to solving problems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- An interest in pursuing a career as a Consultant.
- Language proficiency: English (B2, written and spoken), Arabic (native/C1).
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Educational background in any of the aforementioned domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
