Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Consulting Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in consulting projects to understand how we help transform client businesses.
- Working closely with clients to gather insights about their industry and challenges, developing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement business solutions that yield positive business outcomes.
- Focusing on the technical and business needs of our clients to co-create valuable solutions.
- Continuously learning and developing new skills to stay current with trends and technologies.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong academic background with a Ph.D. or Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Familiarity with various machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Proficient in programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
- Ability to create compelling visualizations using tools like Matplotlib or Tableau.
- Basic understanding of data extraction and transformation (SQL).
- Awareness of data ethics and privacy regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an understanding of statistical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Soft skills including attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- KSA national, eligible to work for 12 months starting September 2024.
