In this role, the Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, budget, delivery timelines, and resources, while effectively communicating with stakeholders. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project charters and management plans, monitor and control project work, and handle change control.
- Ensure projects are closed out by resolving technical, commercial, and legal issues.
- Manage project scope definition, schedule, and budget, including cost control and activity sequencing.
- Lead and motivate the project team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Identify project risks and opportunities, establish mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Communicate project status accurately, ensuring stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, from initiation to closure.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
