Senior Test Engineer

The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for understanding system-level requirements and translating them into measurable test cases. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with system architects, waveform designers, and software/hardware teams to specify suitable test cases and verification procedures.
• Performing end-to-end tests in lab or field setups and generating status and test reports.
• Evaluating system performance, compliance compatibility, and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Characterizing performance of RF and SDR system components.
• Identifying, describing, and building necessary hardware/software resources for tests according to project needs.

Education and Minimum Requirements:

• B.Eng or MS Degree in Electronic or System Engineering.
• Over 5 years of extensive experience and knowledge in test and measurements, focusing on RF radio systems.
• Experience in lab planning/budgeting, SW/HW integration, and test case automation.

Key Skills:

• Solid RF fundamental knowledge and experience using lab equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, channel simulators, etc.).
• System integration and hands-on experience integrating software and hardware in a lab, troubleshooting related issues.
• Ability to multitask and manage a variety of complex tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Matlab, C/C++, or equivalent.
