Position

KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking an Assistant Manager specialized in Cyber (Identity and Access Management). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, specifically working as an IAM Associate, Consultant, or SailPoint IIQ Consultant. The role involves leading the design and execution of end-to-end IAM, CIAM, and PAM programs, with hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration solutions such as SailPoint and Saviynt. Candidates should be proficient in integrating IAM solutions with various applications and services using APIs, connectors, and identity federation protocols.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the installation, integration, and maintenance of IAM/CIAM/PAM products including SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or ForgeRock.
  • Deliver and manage major IAM programs, orchestrating planning, implementation, and completion in alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Provide post-implementation support and regular maintenance, which may require evening, weekend, and on-call availability.
  • Engage with clients and coordinate between on-site and offshore delivery teams.
  • Develop IAM frameworks, documentation, guidelines, and user manuals.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for end users.

Language Requirements:

  • English is required.
  • Arabic is considered an added advantage.

Certifications:
Preferred certifications include:

  • SailPoint IIQ (Associate/Professional/Engineer/Architect)
  • CyberArk (Trustee/Defender/Sentry/Guardian)
  • Additional recognized technical certifications related to IAM technologies.
