Role Overview:

As a Technical Specialist, you will combine technical support knowledge with problem-solving and customer service skills to help clients resolve issues. You will start by working with a client for hands-on training, learning quickly how to handle multi-channel interactions (chat, email, MS Teams) while providing high-quality customer service.
You will have the chance to work alongside senior colleagues, gaining valuable insights into various roles within Kyndryl. The role includes opportunities for training on different platforms including Microsoft 365, and the ability to earn certifications such as Google Cloud and Azure.
