Position

A leading bank in Riyadh is looking for a VB6 Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using Visual Basic 6. Key responsibilities include implementing and testing code changes to address defects or enhance existing software, creating and maintaining software product codes, troubleshooting and debugging existing code, and providing technical support to users and other staff. The role also involves working with databases, particularly SQL.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 5 to 7 years of total experience
  • 5 years of experience in VB6 development
  • Strong proficiency in Visual Basic 6
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Knowledge of source control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Banking knowledge and experience working on banking projects are essential

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Documenting code and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest VB6 technologies and best practices
