The Associate Managing Consultant is a client-facing role that focuses on driving measurable value through the successful deployment of new products and strategies. Key responsibilities include managing portfolio growth and customer engagement throughout the lifecycle of a card customer, implementing complex technologies and transformation programs, designing and developing best-in-class portfolio programs based on local needs while co-creating scalable solutions, supporting the execution of credit card business strategies including campaign management and customer retention, and analyzing consumer behavior and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in card product and portfolio management, with experience in delivering large, complex projects.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; local office language (Arabic) desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
