Senior Delivery Consultant - Digital

As a Senior Delivery Consultant - Digital, you will be a key player in helping organizations in the private sector implement transformative changes and enhance organizational and employee capabilities. This role involves managing technology consulting engagements specifically for clients in financial services, whereby you'll be responsible for solution design and implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

Your Impact:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key technology decision-makers to deeply understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
• Implement a structured approach to identify and solve complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices.
• Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing insights with your teams.
• Chart your development journey by attending formal training programs and collaborating with inspiring partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record.
• 4+ years of business experience with proven achievements and a drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus.
• Experience in financial services in areas such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.
• Familiarity with technology and digital advisory and implementation, particularly in IT transformation and modernization, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.
• Strong understanding of business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations within financial services.
• Proven ability to define and implement a digital and technology strategy that aligns with client goals and drives innovation.
• Experience in managing and delivering small to medium-sized projects successfully.
• Extensive experience in transforming and implementing strategic initiatives within financial services organizations, including process re-engineering and technology adoption.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a high level of client service commitment.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel predominantly within the Kingdom.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Requires travel mainly within the Kingdom.
