Technical Architect (Microsoft 365 & Copilot)

About the Job:
The FastTrack team is seeking Technical Architects specializing in Microsoft 365, focusing on Copilot, Security, and Employee Experience. This role involves collaborating with top enterprise customers and partners to help them effectively deploy the Microsoft 365 suite, enhancing their business and IT environments through increased adoption and usage.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with select Microsoft enterprise customers to ensure they maximize their Microsoft 365 investment and identify opportunities for revenue growth. As a trusted technical advisor, you will provide deployment guidance, best practices, and support customers through technical challenges and project delays. You will coordinate deployment efforts within Microsoft’s internal teams and manage relationships with partners to ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading architecture efforts to meet complex technical needs.
• Evaluating customer environments and engaging with business and technical leaders.
• Delivering technical briefings and solutions strategies.
• Collaborating with various teams to drive account growth and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Current residency in Saudi Arabia is required due to a lack of relocation budget.
• Proven ability to define customer adoption strategies for Microsoft 365.
• Experience with customer insights and leading peer teams to drive product improvements.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a senior technical resource with regular customer interactions is preferred.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 deployment, competitive technologies, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
