The Product Analyst for Mobile and Web App is responsible for analysing and improving the user experience related to onboarding, KYC, and funding processes for both the Mobile app and Web version of the application. This role involves reviewing the look and feel of the user interface, identifying issues and areas for improvement, and taking accountability from A to Z in resolving them. The analyst ensures that these processes are user-friendly, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the analyst is proficient in product management and can document requirements for the development team, including setting acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of the user interface for onboarding, KYC, and funding processes to identify issues and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to understand user experiences and pain points.
  • Develop and implement recommendations to enhance the look and feel, usability, and efficiency of onboarding, KYC, and funding processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to implement improvements.
  • Document requirements for the development team, including setting clear acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of these processes using metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Take full accountability for resolving identified issues, from initial identification to final implementation.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience, onboarding, KYC, and funding processes.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in Business, Marketing, Design, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience analysis, user research, UI/UX design, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with onboarding, KYC, and funding processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in product management, including documenting requirements and setting acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.
