Role Purpose
Translate THE LINE’s business goals into enterprise technology and architecture visions and priorities. Define THE LINE Enterprise Architecture, principles, and standards. Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps that outline the evolution of THE LINE’s technology landscape. Lead the design of Reference Architectures that should be followed for the design of new cognitive solutions. Create and enforce the required governance processes to ensure that the architectures of cognitive solutions are aligned with the defined architecture standards and principles. Drive the successful delivery of delivery by participating in the relevant governance forums.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Architecture Design & Modelling
Establish architectural principles, policies, and standards, ensuring alignment with THE LINE’s and Digital & Cognitive Solutions Team business goals. Develop the Enterprise Architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Create and maintain Reference Architectures that provide standardized templates and best practices that can be leveraged for the design of cognitive solution architectures. Regularly review and update Reference Architectures to incorporate industry best practices, emerging technologies, and lessons learned from the implementation of cognitive solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Enterprise Architecture, including architectural diagrams, guidelines, and standards.
Architecture Governance
Support the Digital & Cognitive Solutions team to ensure the appropriate adoption of the defined architectural guidelines and principles. Collaborate with internal areas to design and validate that cognitive solutions align with Enterprise Architecture. Implement governance processes to ensure that the design and implementation of cognitive solutions adhere to the defined architectural guidelines and principles. Be aware of industry standards, regulations, and security policies.
